The Venus Persona Chart
The natal chart is the script for your storyline this lifetime. Each personal planet in your natal chart has its own lore. The backstory and unique configurations for each planet can be found through “Persona Charts”.
Let’s dive into understanding your Venus persona.

All About Venus: Your Magnet
Venus represents your feminine energy magnetism. This is the Planet that sends out the frequency relaying your true worth. Ruled by the second house (Taurus) and seventh house (Libra), it works to draw in and pull you towards reflections of your value. The second house side is about material wealth. Venus works here through the gifts you have to share with others, your moral code, and the earthly things you spend your energy acquiring. On the seventh house, Libra side, Venus works to pull in a partner that is a balance for your energy and what you desire to achieve in this life, the finer things. Some partners aren’t meant to stay, but to help develop different aspects of yourself. Love lessons help you become a better person. In other cases, you agreed to share some of your loving energy with a soul who lost their way or vice versa.
The Venus Persona Chart in 3D: Personal Example
The Venus chart breaks down the components of your Venus and what your magnet is aiming to bring into your life. It also acts as an instruction manual for how to best use your allure. Here’s my charts Sky Math:
1) Start with the rising sign: Your Venus Persona Chart ascendant tells you what energy you need to embrace to be your most magnetic. If it is in a fire sign, it is activated through action. If it is an air sign, it is activated through thoughts and words. If it is in a water sign, it is activated through emotional energy. If it is in an Earth sign, you must ground your energy to see the rewards. Any additional planets or asteroids in the first house are other parts of you that help pull people in. Pallas represents your unique genius; it is the only marker in my Venus’ first house. It is led by my mental prowess…rwwwr!
2) Check the ruling Planet of your rising sign. The house where that Planet is will tell you where your Venus has the most pull. My Venus is in the eleventh house of the internet. Online is where you found me and this blog :)
3) Next, check who rules the degree of your rising. (Cheat sheet) The ruler of your rising sign is just as powerful as the Planet ruling the sign it’s in. My rising is at an Aries degree, ruled by Mars. My Mars is at the 22nd degree in the sign of Capricorn, located in my sixth house. With the 22nd degree being ruled by Capricorn, while in its home sign, my day-to-day life energy (6th house) funnels into the 10th house of Career + Reputation. My inherent worth is meant to be seen in my work and the legacy I will leave behind.
4) Last, but not least, check the Saturn! This is the contract you must appease to unlock any blocks or restrictions to fully step into your Venusian power. My Saturn is in my fourth house, because Saturn rules Capricorn, this also controls my Mars. If I want full access to my strength, I have to move at least three hours away from where I was born or travel for work (Fourth House in Sagittarius).

The Venus Persona Chart in the 3D: Katy Perry
Once again, when reading a Persona chart, you want to start with the ascendant. Katy’s Sky Math:
1) Her rising in Sagittarius is empowered by her continuous desire to explore and experience new things, especially regarding her faith. With her Sun at a Virgo degree next to Uranus in Sag, the big shift for her would occur when she stepped away from her more virginal, religious self into the rebel. She was raised by a strict Christian family and originally intended to be a gospel singer. Her first single as a mainstream artist was “I Kissed A Girl”. Uranus rules Aquarius, and that rules queer sexuality. With her Banks conjunct her Mercury, most of her wealth would come from writing about her personal experiences. Jupiter, the ruler of her chart, is in her second house of wealth. Her Venus goal was to become very wealthy.
2) With her Ascendant in Sagittarius, Jupiter is her Venus Persona Chart’s ruler. It is conjunct Venus itself. Did you know that when she first began her career, she had a boyfriend named Travis? He was the lead for a group called “Gym Class Heroes”. He was super famous at the time and featured her in his first big music video. With Venus and Jupiter conjunct in her second house, her value would grow based on the networks and business connections of her romantic partners + spouses.
3) Her Rising is at the 2nd degree. A Taurus degree, this rules her Venus directly and her voice!
4) Her Saturn is in her twelfth house, ruled by a Sag degree. Her contract was for her to go through several traumatic events in isolation. These moments would give her the fuel needed to write prolific ballads meant to help others during their dark times. Examples of this can be seen through her songs “By The Grace of God” and “Rise”.
